Europane is a artisan bakery, located at the ground level of the Montana I condominiums in the civic center district of pasadena. It is designed as a gallery space featuring the creations of the talented local baker, Sumi Chang. additionally, the concept is to create a comfortable and inviting “living room” for the locals to gather: this is acheived with warm wood finishes enveloping the large open space and large glass walls along the exterior, to take advantage of the streetscape views and natural light. an outdoor seating patio takes advantage of the paseo and water feature to the west of the building; visually adding to the pedestrian activities on Colorado Boulevard.
